World Population Day 2012

Young people today are the largest generation of youth in history, with about 1.5 billion young people between the ages of 12-24, but they continue to be disproportionately affected by policies and programmes that fail to recognize the centrality of young people’s human rights in achieving development goals and ensuring that young people are able to live full, healthy and enjoyable lives.

3rd Asia-Pacific Y-PEER Advanced Training of Trainers

The hippest network of peer educators will gather for the third advanced training of Y-PEER trainers. The event will provide the participants with techniques on how to network with national youth organizations, NGOs and the government; to design and deliver high quality peer-based sexual and reproductive health (SRH) education programmes; and to strengthen the advocacy for SRH of young people in the region.
