As the 2014-2015 target dates for achieving the goals of the ICPD Programme of Action, as well as the Millennium Development Goals, are fast approaching, NGOs in Asia-Pacific are strategizing to ensure that the voices, needs and realities of the people in the region stay alive in the next development agenda beyond 2015. In line with this, the Asia-Pacific Resource & Research Centre for Women (ARROW) is organizing a meeting that will provide closer examination of sexual and reproductive health and rights in its holistic facet, while taking into account region-specific development issues like poverty, climate change, displacements and migration, food security and religious extremism.
