UNFPA APRO is conducting bidding for the establishment of Long Term Agreements (LTAs) in regards to the ‘Provision of International Sign Language Interpretation Service’ and your company/organization is invited for this bidding exercise. Attached herewith please find the below documents for your reference.

 

1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Nº UNFPA/BKK/RFQ/21/003 for the ‘Provision of International Sign Language Interpretation Service’ with its Annexes in PDF format

 

  • Annex I: UNFPA General Conditions of Contract
  • Annex II: Terms of Reference (TOR)
  • Annex III: Template for LTA General Services

 

2. Price Quotation Form for RFQ Nº UNFPA/BKK/RFQ/21/003 in Microsoft Word format  

 

Questions or requests for further clarifications should be submitted in writing to Ms. Jarintorn Kiatniyomrung, Programme Admin Associate at email address: kiatniyomrung@unfpa.org. The deadline for submission of questions is Wednesday 7th July 2021 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok time. Questions will be answered in writing and shared with all parties as soon as possible after this.

 

Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section III above, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, are to be sent by e-mail to Email address for bid submission at apro-procurement@unfpa.org no later than: Wednesday 21st July 2021 at  17:00 hours, Bangkok time.
