Reference is made to the below RFQ, please be informed that the closing date of receiving the proposal has been extended. 

Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section III above, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, are to be sent by e-mail to Email address for bid submission at apro-procurement@unfpa.org no later than: Wednesday 7 June 2023 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok time.

United Nations Population Fund Asia and Pacific Regional Office (UNFPA APRO) is conducting bidding in regard to the provision of ‘Rental of IT Equipment Service for Organizing Meetings, and short-term office use’, and your company/organization is invited to this bidding exercise. 

 

Attached herewith please find the below documents for your reference.

1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Nº: UNFPA/BKK/RFQ/23/004 with its Annexes in PDF format

2. Price Quotation Form (PQF) in Microsoft Word format

3. Form for the Specification of proposed IT Equipment in Microsoft Word format

 

In case the bidders would like to seek further clarifications, the request should be submitted in writing to: Ms. Jarintorn Kiatniyomrung at the email address: kiatniyomrung@unfpa.org

Bidders may request clarifications no later than Wednesday 17th May 2023 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok time. Questions will be answered in writing and shared will parties as soon as possible after this deadline.
