Reference is made to the above RFQ, please be informed that the closing date of receiving the proposal has been extended. 
Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section IV above, along with a properly filled out and signed declaration form and price quotation form, are to be sent by e-mail
to Email address for bid submission at apro-procurement@unfpa.org no later than Tuesday 13th February 2024 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok time.

UNFPA APRO is conducting bidding regarding the 'Procurement of One unit of Plug-in Hybrid Electric Drive – Sedan Vehicle'. Attached herewith please find the below documents for your reference.

 

1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Nº UNFPA/BKK/RFQ/24/001with its annex in PDF format

2. Price Quotation Form in Microsoft Word format

3. Declaration Form in Microsoft Word format

 

In case the bidders would like to seek further clarifications, the request should be submitted in writing to:

Bidders may request clarifications no later than Tuesday 30th January 2024 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok time.

 

Questions will be answered in writing and shared with all parties as soon as possible after this deadline.
