Sharing Reflections from 6th APPC and the Midterm Review of the APMD (CSO leaders)  

Presentation on the 6th APPC and the 2013 Asia Pacific Ministerial Declaration on Population and Development (APMD) and the Midterm  Review, key outcomes and ICPD linkages including the APMD indicator framework. In addition, CSO leaders who attended 6th APPC will share their reflections on the APPC process. (30 min)

This will be followed by sharing of experiences by the participants on their engagement in the process and follow up at country level, by sub-regional grouping. (45 minutes)

Presentation on CSO stakeholder consultation outcomes and key emerging issues with 2 slides per consultation on issues and recommendations. (15 minutes)

This will be followed by sub-regional group discussions and sharing in the plenary. (20 minutes)  

Participants will identify sub-regional lead anchors who will briefly present key discussions at the plenary. (10 minutes).
