Asia-Pacific Regional Director Nobuko Horibe addresses the closing ceremony of the ICPD Global Youth Forum 2012. The Forum generated recommendations on health, education, employment, families, youth rights, civic participation, well-being including sexuality and called upon the United Nations to "urgently appoint a Special Advisor on Youth who is a young person".
