APRO is looking for the consultancy is to
(i) undertake a structured mapping and review of South South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) experience from the Asia and the Pacific Region since 2010, including a review of SSTC functions in APRO
(ii) prepare a set of recommendations for how to strengthen and leverage SSTC, within the broader context of UNFPA’s new Strategic Plan (2022-2025) and new Regional Programme (2022-2025) and drawing on the UNFPA Asia-Pacific Strategic Directions Paper, and the findings and recommendations from the “Formative evaluation of UNFPA approach to South-South and triangular cooperation” and from the “Evaluation of the Advocacy Efforts of the Regional Interventions Action Plan 2018-2021”
(iii) prepare a draft South-South and Triangular Cooperation strategy for Asia and the Pacific (2022-2025), drawing on those recommendations
