The study is planned to be conducted in coordination with Zakat Usher, Social Welfare,
Special Education and Women Empowerment Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The
department will provide overall coordination support to the study, while UNFPA will
provide technical and financial support to the study. In this regard, UNFPA is seeking
the professional services of a senior research international consultant to undertake
the specific tasks as outlined in this Terms of Reference.
