UNFPA APRO used to contract a consultant to develop the excel platform, the Return On Investment (ROI) Tool in 2017. In 2018, UNFPA APRO would like to contract a new consultant to develop the
existing ROI tool on excel platform to a new version on a web platform environment, for further dissemination and utilization by external partners.
